Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt‑Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any text message from us. 8. A2P Compliance and Prohibited Content

The Will Tour’s SMS program follows industry standards and carrier requirements for A2P (application‑to‑person) messaging, including:

Collecting proper consent before sending marketing or non‑marketing text messages.

Providing clear opt‑out mechanisms in our messages.

Avoiding prohibited content categories (including, but not limited to, illegal content, hate speech, and other harmful or abusive material).

You agree not to use our number or any messaging capabilities associated with The Will Tour to send unauthorized, unlawful, or prohibited content.

9. Marketing and Non‑Marketing Messages

We may provide separate options for you to consent to:

Marketing text messages, such as special offers, promotions, and event marketing; and

Non‑marketing text messages, such as transactional updates, event reminders, and service notifications.

Your choices regarding marketing and non‑marketing consent may be presented through distinct checkboxes or disclosures on our forms. You may opt into one, both, or neither, and you can change your preferences at any time using the opt‑out mechanisms provided.

10. No Mobile Information Sharing for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or SMS delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services as necessary to deliver the messages.

11. Third‑Party Services and Links

Our Services may include integrations with or links to third‑party platforms (such as ticketing services, payment processors, or social media sites). Your use of those third‑party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third‑party sites or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for tickets or Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Will Tour and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
